Hugging this character: Yes. Basically, he will never react violently to anything friendly or affectionate. If he does not know your character well, he might try to politely disengage himself, but he won't be rude about it. Everybody needs a hug sometimes!!
Kissing this character: Kisses from random girls would be weird, but again, he won't react violently. Given enough CR, he'll probably kiss you back. If a guy were to kiss him, he would probably be stunned into momentary silence, but then would say no, he doesn't swing that way. He might feel a bit flattered, though. xD
Flirting with this character: He'll have no problem with flirting and will return it, if you are a lady. If a dude tries to flirt with him he won't really know what to do because it's never happened before lmao.
Fighting with this character: Scott prefers to work things out without fighting, but if you attack somebody he cares about (or pretty much any innocent person), he'll fight to protect them. It's easier to provoke him around the time of the full moon. As a werewolf, his emotions are stronger around his time of the month, and if he isn't careful, they can get away from him. If you do engage him in a fight, be aware that he has superhuman strength, speed, healing abilities, and senses; as well as fangs and claws! Also he is currently an alpha, so his bite will turn a human into a werewolf.
Injuring this character: I would not have joined a game like The Box if I was not okay with injury and death. The more traumatic, the better. He does have an accelerated healing factor, though, so most wounds he receives will heal quickly.
Killing this character: Over and over again.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I am okay with pretty much any powers being used on Scott. Just run it by me to let me know what is going on. As long as you're not going to control him and force him to kill somebody, I am a-ok. (mostly because if he does kill somebody, he will lose his alpha status, and I would like to plot that event out carefully when the time comes.)

Reverse permissions: Scott can recognize people by scent, so once he's familiar with someone, he could potentially track them down anywhere in the Box if their scent trail is fresh and strong enough. Also werewolves can smell strong emotions and hear people's heartbeats. If you're lying, there's a good chance Scott will be able to tell.
